Why We Love It: “We sell just about anything that comes from a pig,” Pork Shop proudly proclaims. They are well known for their chops and ribs but you can get any cut. The smoked meats and sausages are where they really shine—with an extensive menu of ham, bacon, lunch meats, hot dogs and (what they’re most famously for) bratwurst, Italian and Polish sausages. Those are the basics. You can also get gourmet and check out there maple syrup, green chili, potato, apple cinnamon, jalapeno cheese sausages. And whatever you do, don’t forget the pepper bacon.
