This family-owned lavender farm grows three varieties of lavender, two of which are considered culinary lavenders. They can be used in savory dishes and confections. Pine Creek Canyon offers lavender extra virgin olive oils and great sweet lavender balsamic vinegars. Lavender baking sugar as well as lavender himalayan salt mills and provence lavender lemon pepper mills are also available. Aromatic lavender, of course, is also featured.
