This isn’t your average breakfast. Here, they mean it when they say thick-cut bacon, the hash browns are fried in butter and the breakfast pork chops are marinated in pesto. There’s also a delicious salami scramble and the waffles and pancakes are hand-whipped because they don’t own a mixer. The sandwich selection for lunch is just as thoughtful.
