Why We Love It: Les Gourmettes is the place to sit, relax and watch someone else do the cooking. That someone could be a revered local chef, perhaps Nobuo Fukuda (Nobuo at Teeter House) or Josh Hebert (Posh), or it could be a national cookbook author. The best part about Les Gourmettes, besides Fenzl’s grand, beautiful home, is the intimate setting (she limits her classes to 15) and the camaraderie that naturally develops between the chef and the students.
