Why We Love It: All grains used to produce their flour are grown on small local farms with no herbicides or pesticides, and are freshly milled.
Known for its delicious flours, this mill uses heritage grains from surrounding Arizona farms to make it’s large range of products. From semolina flour, to chickpea flour to unbleached all-purpose flour, the high quality grains make for successful recipe results.
