Goat’s milk cheese with dill, chives, basil, garlic, lavender pepper or strawberry/jalapeno? Hard Havarti cheese? There’s also goat milk fudge in chocolate or peanut butter! Everything is fresh and natural. You can find these goat products at select Whole Foods and farmers markets or, you can go visit the creamery. And, while you’re there, maybe stop in a felting or cheese making class or hike with llamas to see Indian ruins and a natural, sparkling, blue-green travertine spring. Yurt camping also available on premises.
