Why We Love It: The menu is a cross between traditional O’odham recipes and new classics like grilled chicken sandwiches. But no matter the dish, every recipe contains at least one traditional Tohono O’odham food (cholla buds, tepary beans, saguaro fruit syrup) and it’s a beautiful thing.
Open Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, the cafe is part of the nonprofit Tohono O’odham Community Action.
