Why We Love It: Many of Phoenix’s top chefs are in love with this place. Like most traditional Vietnamese joints, Cyclo uses a lot of fresh ingredients and is unbelievably affordable. But the similarities to other Vietnamese places stops there. The menu takes several (tasty and smart) liberties on traditional dishes and we doubt there’s any owner out there as saucy as Justina.
