Danielle Leoni of The Breadfruit & Rum Bar wrote an open letter to Gov. Doug Ducey in the early days of the pandemic advocating on behalf of local restaurants and obtaining over 1,100 signatures from industry members. Her successful effort has morphed in the Arizona Small Restaurant Coalition.
