Cooking Class: Holiday Appetizers
In this class, we will prepare roasted tomato & red bell pepper soup “shots” with parmesan cheese puffs; blue cheese & caramelized onion galettes; bacon-wrapped water chestnut stuffed dates with Hatch red chile honey; cornmeal blinis with smoked salmon, herbed goat cheese & black lentil “caviar”, Moroccan-style chicken phyllo rolls with harissa aioli; Seared ahi tuna with wasabi crème fraîche & micro greens on sesame wonton crisps
