Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ½ Persian lime or 1 whole key Lime, cut into pieces
  • 2 sprigs mint
  • Club soda and ice

Preparation

Put the sugar, cut limes and mint leaves in the bottom of a pint glass. Now muddle—use the back of a wooden spoon to crush and mix the ingredients together. The more you muddle, the more the flavors will mix and develop. Add club soda and ice cubes. Stir and serve.
