- 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 part homemade Lavender-Rosemary Syrup (see recipe below)*
- 1 3/4 parts gin
- Garnish: Lavender Sugar Rim (see recipe below)*
- Extra garnish: Candied Lavender Sprigs (see note and recipe below)*
Rim half a martini glass with Lavender Sugar, then set aside. Vigorously shake lemon juice, Lavender-Rosemary Syrup and gin with ice, then strain into rimmed glass.
