Summer coolers are a welcome relief to our desert heat. This refreshing cocktail incorporates two summer favorites: cool, crisp cucumber and spicy fresh jalapeño. (Cut long thin slices on the bias for a pretty presentation.) We like to add substantially more than a splash of soda water and lots of ice. If you'd like something a bit less intoxicating, you may omit the vodka and increase the citrus juice and agave nectar.
