Why We Love It: This classic Arizona menu features all-natural meats, sustainable seafood and local ingredients like ocotillo flowers, cholla buds, jojoba beans, saguaro fruit and palm dates. There is a very extensive list of fresh salads as well as seasonal specials, pastas and fish, meat and vegetarian entrees. Make sure you leave room for dessert—Pastry Chef Amanda makes them from scratch daily.
