Why We Love It: The heart of this family-owned restaurant is a mesquite wood-fired oven that is constantly churning out fresh sourdough bread, flatbreads, roasted meats and vegetables. Almost every dish has an element that comes out of that oven. The emphasis here is on the quality of the ingredients and the integrity of simple flavors and nothing can bring that out like open fire.
