Why We Love It: It was a revival for Chef Kelly Fletcher, who left House of Tricks after ten years to open his own place. It was a revival for a popular Tempe restaurant that had lost a little bit of its touch. Combined, it became a revival of American cuisine. The Ceasar salad on this creative menu is re-upped with pumpkin seeds and a smoked chili dressing. Chicken wings are now grilled and served with melting coriander-lime-jalapeño jello and cilantro bleu cheese.
