Why We Love It: Freshly ground moles, anyone? Amy Valdés Schwemm grinds fresh, whole spices, nuts, seeds and chiles using a traditional grinding tool. Once you have one of her packs, all you have to do is sauté, simmer and serve. You can choose from Mole Verde, Pipian Rojo, Mole Dulce or Adobo.
