Why We Love It: It really doesn’t get fresher than this. Your best bet here are the salads––the lettuces, Asian greens, heirloom tomatoes, herbs, and flowers are all grown right outside the restaurant—and they actually strive to out-organic the USDA standards. Your tie for best bet is anything barbecue. The back ribs and bbq pork are rubbed and marinated using farm ingredients and then cooked “low and slow” over wood until they fall off the bone.
