Why We Love It: The sashimi! Hana’s sushi list has a variety of fresh fish that you won’t find at your run-of-the-mill sushi place and Sushi Chef Koji Hashimoto is the pro handling it. The family-run restaurant also offers a kitchen menu that is carefully prepared by Hashimoto’s mother and step-father (in Japan, mom went to a famous cooking school and step-dad was a 5-star chef). Whatever you’re in the mood for, it’s a win-win.
