Let's Eat Local! A Project by the Students of ASU School of Community Resources and Development

The team behind Let’s Eat Local! is on a mission to prove that food insecurity can be conquered with the help of cookbooks. Their community-written cookbook is a bilingual compilation of local, seasonal recipes, as well as nutrition references and ingredient glossaries. An approachable guide to cooking fresh and nutritious meals at home, each cookbook purchase helps fund the distribution of additional free copies in low-income communities.
