In a cookbook dedicated to the Arizona Centennial, we find 100 of Arizona's top chefs contributing recipes to a colorful but tasteful compendium aptly entitled 100 Years, 100 Chefs, 100 Recipes. 100 Years is the charitable project of PR exec Margo Kesler with a little help from the Valley's top culinary writers and photographers, including Nikki Buchanan, Dawson Fearnow, Michele Laudig, Michael McNamara and John Ormond. State historian Marshall Trimble provides introductions and background. The 100 contributing chefs range from top toques to mom-and-pop favorites.
