Tastes of the Italian Countryside - Collaboration Dinner Series

This month we welcome in Chris Nicosia from SASSI. Born in Chicago and educated at the prestigious La Lumiere School and the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Executive Chef Chris Nicosia’s passion for cooking and food has spanned his entire lifetime. His cooking style is greatly influenced by the time spent around the kitchen table with his big, Irish/Italian family. An avid hunter and fisher, Chef Nicosia has traveled the globe in search of exotic meat, game, and fish, often preparing truly rustic meals right on the boat or in the middle of a field.
