Ever wondered what it would take to harvest and cure your own olives? Olives are pretty common as a landscaping tree here in the Phoenix valley, but their value as part of an edible landscape often goes unrecognized.

Come see how we do olives at Sage Garden Ecovillas. We'll be picking both green and black olives, preparing them for curing, and starting the curing process.

You're welcome to stroll around and see what else is happening at Sage Garden Ecovillas. Kids are invited, too. They will be under your supervision.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Sun protection: suggest sunscreen, sunglasses, hat
