Grapefruit Wit Paired with A Smoked Turkey Chef’s Salad
A traditional Belgian wit brewed with coriander and fresh locally foraged grapefruit served with a salad of frisee, radicchio and romaine lettuces, smoked turkey, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, sunflower sprouts, local heirloom tomatoes, local cucumbers, hard-cooked egg, and red onion tossed in a classic herb dressing.
Dutch Re-Treat Lager Paired with Ginger-Chile Ahi Tuna
This light pale lager, that just tastes like summers in the 1970’s, was brewed as a tribute to Arizona Brewing’s Bayless Markets house brand Dutch Treat and will pair beautifully with marinated and grilled ahi tuna and Vidalia onion kebabs served over a bed of sesame-soy rice noodles with sugar snap peas, red bell peppers, scallions and spicy peanuts.
De Peach Mode Peach Saison Paired with Crispy BBQ Pork Belly
This Saison (or season in French) is a dry farmhouse style ale brewed with peaches hand-picked at Schnepf Farms and will really bring out the flavors of crispy pork belly served over roasted summer vegetables, vinegar bbq sauce and chicharron dust.
Pina Loca Pineapple Gose Paired with Sabayon
This light, tart and slightly salty wheat ale is a perfect pairing for summer and with a light, whipped custard with the addition of fresh raspberries and mango, served with crispy ginger cookies, mint and fresh whipped cream. YUM!
