For years, Tim Doolittle (Taz)  of “Taz Cooks” Culinary Instruction has been teaching others to prepare authentic East Indian and other ethnic cuisines from all over the world. Join us as Chef Taz prepares an authentic Indian meal for your dining pleasure and find out why so many people are flocking to his “Taz Cooks” Cooking Classes to learn to prepare authentic ethnic cuisines for themselves.

Chef Taz spent his early years traveling the world and what remained consistent in his travels was his gravitation towards food; learning local cuisines often directly from the people in their home kitchens.  He relies on authentic, fresh ingredients and uses only fresh spices that he grinds himself just before use to make his dishes as flavorful as possible – experimenting with each dish until it tastes exactly as he planned and is as close to the original as possible.

Lazeez Murgh Tikka Masala (Tender Chicken in “Tasty” Indian Spiced Gravy)

Saabut Pyaz ki Dal (Red Lentil “Stew” with Whole Onions)

Jeera Rice – Indian spiced Basmati Rice

Gajar Halwa (Sweet Indian Carrot Pudding)
