Localists are invited to explore the flavors of our desert landscape through this farm to table and foraged food sampling. Mesquite, Gourd, Birds Eye Chiles, and more will take center stage, as Chef Tamara Stanger of Helio Basin Brewing Co. introduces guests to the bounty in our backyards. After a chef-guided sensory exploration, guests will enjoy a taco bar highlighting each of these ingredients complete with perfect Helio Basin beer pairings.

With your ticket comes two 5oz beer samples, family-style tacos (vegetarian and meat options), and for dessert, Pima corn & mesquite Indian Pudding with wild creosote honey ice cream.
