Join us on February 18th for the next Emulsion Popup: No Expectations. We are coming back with an experience unlike anything ever seen before. This will be a night of whimsy, trickery, and of course amazing food and wine that will make you as a diner re-think the way you see food and your typical dining experince. With wines from James v. Moncaci of MonaciEnoteca, you are in for an evening of fine wine and mind boggleing food unlike any other. We are challenging you to look at food in a different light. You will just have to come and see, thsi is not to be missed!

Emulsion is a combination of the culinary minds of Peter McQuaid, David Brito, and Sheila Mae Rendon. All with diverse culinary backgrounds we want to give you a dining experience unlike any other. For the time being, Emulsion will consist of a series of pop-up restaurants each unique and completely chef driven. Emulsion pop-ups will be the start of something much greater.
