Emulsion is a combination of the culinary minds of Peter McQuaid, David Brito, and Sheila Mae Rendon. All with diverse culinary backgrounds we want to give you a dining experience unlike any other. For the time being, Emulsion will consist of a series of pop-up restaurants each unique and completely chef driven. Emulsion pop-ups will be the start of something much greater. Emulsion Popup: Global Innovation will take you through a 6-course tasting menu all paired with fine wine, inspired by the places that have brought the culinary world into shining light. Held at Barrio Cafe Gran Reserva by Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza, you will see dishes influenced by culinary capitals such as New York City, Chicago, Napa Valley, Tokyo, Paris, and Barcelona. Each course will correspond with the culinary legends in each city. With wines from James V. Monaci of MontiEnoteca, you will be in for an amazing evening.
