EAT Phoenix: A Sonoran Showdown
The World Food Championships (WFC) proudly presents EAT PHOENIX, a culinary experience designed to train your mind and taste buds for judging in the competitive world of Food Sport.
This is YOUR chance to learn, taste and see how food dishes are judged at the world's Ultimate Food Fight. WFC Ambassador and Food Network Star,Suzanne Kosnik Clark, will walk you through our proprietary E.A.T Methodology that is used to score our international competition. You'll leave our interactive food course with a satisfying palate and with an official GOLD card status as a certified Food Champ Judge!
The kitchen classroom experience is presented by Tamara Stanger of Helio Basin Brewing Co.
Space is limited for this event. Come early at 6:30 pm to take part in our Welcome Reception. At the reception, you'll not only get to mingle with World Food Champions while enjoying a complimentary beer and snacks, but you'll also get a taste of Food Sport as you watch a LIVE culinary showdown between the two of the valley's hottest competitors –– Chef Anthony Serrano and Chef Tommy D'Ambrosio!
