Maison Noir Wine Dinner

Famed sommelier Andre Mack will be joining Bar Pesce for a one night only special wine dinner with his Maison Noir wines.  Before founding Maison Noir wines, Mack worked as the sommelier of Thomas Keller's The French Laundry and head sommelier at Keller's Per Se in New York.

1st Course
Albacore crudo, oyster crema, spring garlic, fennel flowers
Maison Noir, OPP Pinot Gris

2nd Course
Burrata, carpaccio, pimento, iitois, Noble bread
Maison Noir, Love Drunk Rose

3rd Course
BBQ fish collar, spring pickles, takoyaki, hoover sauce
