Crudo One-night-only Champagne Raw Bar

Join Crudo's Chef Cullen Campbell as he breaks out big bottles of bubbly for a one-night-only culinary event. Hosted in the bar area, Crudo will be serving up a chef-crafted menu of the freshest seafood, such as 'torched' big eye tuna and oysters topped with caviar. Plus, pair your fresh catch with your choice of refined Champagne from the family-owned French winemaker, Laurent Perrier, which has been making traditional sparkling wines since 1812. Available by the bottle or glass, Crudo will also be offering Magnum or double-sized 1.5 L bottles of Champagne.

Best of all, this raw bar event is hosted casual-style in the bar-no reservations needed, just arrive and savor the flavors and effervescent fun.
