Coffee for a Cause: Read Better Be Better
The Coronado is teaming up every month of 2018 with a different organization whose work we love and want to showcase!
It's the final #coffeeforacause of 2018 & we're doing it for the children!
This December we're working with our friends from Read Better Be Better! Read Better Be Better (RBBB) helps children improve literacy skills and become better learners.
Their vision: A society in which children master the foundational skills necessary to become independent learners
Their mission: To help children master reading comprehension in 3 ways:
1. Improve concentration
2. Encourage an active enjoyment of reading
3. Help develop a deeper understanding of what is being read
During the entire month of December we'll be collecting cash donations on behalf of RBBB and on Friday, December 21st we'll host our #coffeeforacause where 100% of all coffee and non-alcoholic drink sales, all day, will benefit Read Better Be Better!
