Cloth and Flame Desert Dinner
We wanted to create a special event to inspire and inform our guests this Earth Day, so we partnered with Local First Arizona for our first #preserveaz dinner. We invite guest speakers Kate Radosevic, Local Foods Coordinator with Local First, and J.D. Hill, Co-Founder at Recycled City to discuss the importance of local foods and limiting waste and their roles in the preservation of our wild spaces.
This April 22nd, join us in the Sonoran for a chef-prepared meal inspired by our beautiful desert home, featuring foods grown and raised right here. We'll watch the colors of the sunset sweep over the landscape as we learn about sustainability and conservation and make new connections over a shared table.
For this dinner, we're thrilled to welcome and announce our own Executive Chef Derek Christensen to share an elevated meal under the stars.
