  The newest fad with the oldest foods, together again for the first time – hyperlocal cheese tea made with Crow’s Dairy goat cheese and hyper-locally foraged Chmachyakyakya Arizona graythorn (relative of sea buckthorn and jujube) and Arizona wild mountain rose tea. At the Chmachyakyakya Indigenous Food Education Series booth in the SE corner.
