Dylan Monke

Dylan Monke is a student at Northern Arizona University studying Community Planning with emphasis on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure. Before becoming a student in Flagstaff, Dylan worked in kitchens in Tucson and the Pacific Northwest. He also traveled in search of flavor to Portugal, Italy, France, London, Kenya and all over the Southwest. When not in the kitchen he enjoys bicycling, rock climbing, hiking, and yoga.
